PRINCE2® Certification

PRINCE2 stands for ‘PRojects IN Controlled Environments 2’. It is a detailed process model that helps people decide what action to take during a project from start to finish. PRINCE2 gives recommendations on how to manage, control and organise projects. PRINCE2 is a registered trademark of the British Office of Government Commerce (OGC) in the United Kingdom and other countries. The Swirl logo™ is a Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce.

PRINCE2 features two training courses with certification for successful completion:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation, the entry-level training course
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner (candidates seeking certification as a PRINCE2 Practitioner must already possess the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate)

Our accredited trainers prepare project personnel and managers for both certificates, and we also invigilate the examinations. On passing the examination, you are awarded the globally recognised official APMG PRINCE2 certificate. P-SPE is an affiliate of Consensus Consulting GmbH, an accredited training organisation (ATO) for the project management method PRINCE2. Our courses are developed and delivered in cooperation with Consensus Consulting GmbH.
